Jenny Meadows tries the pop quiz where we discover why she is now more careful in Disney Stores and why she wouldn’t want to be invisible.
What did you have for breakfast this morning?
JM: I can’t say, I had cheese and biscuits and I shared them with my dog. I was in a rush and when I was so close to the race (the interview took place the day before the Aviva Grand Prix) I always think I can eat what I want.
What is the weirdest thing a fan has ever said to you?
JM: A man asked for my address once and being young and naïve – I was about 19 at the time - I gave it to him. He makes models of people and then about three weeks later he basically made mini-me’s. The base is a tartan track but I’m sure it is at my mum’s at the moment.
What is the least favourite part of your body?
JM: I don’t like my ears. When I was little my mum used to think one of them stuck out!
What is the one thing you’ve got to take with you on the athletics circuit?
JM: I always take a little teddy.
What is the worst thing you have ever worn?
JM: We were in the Disney Store and we saw this outfit and I thought we’ll get that for fancy dress for aged 10 or 11. Trevor made me try it on in the shop and I struggled to get my head in and then he ran out of the shop. He was only gone for two minutes and when he came back I was very hot and bothered. I thought I was going to be stuck in this costume.
Describe your perfect day?
JM: I’ll get up and run and then I’ll go shopping, and go somewhere nice to eat and then to a bar – probably in Manchester.

What is the house was on fire what is the one thing that you would save?
JM: The dog and Trevor (laughs)
If you could have one superpower what would it be?
JM: I would fly. I don’t think I would to be invisible because you would hear things you are not supposed to hear.
What would be your karaoke tune?
JM: I am the world’s worst singer.

If you could play another sports what would it be?
JM: Tennis
